Social Media
Being on social media and being good at social media are two very different things.
We work with businesses and brands to create a social presence that actually feels like them. Not a feed full of generic graphics, trending audio for the sake of it and captions that could have been written for literally anyone.
We start by getting to know your business, your people and the audience you’re trying to reach. Then we work out what’s actually worth talking about.
From there, we handle the strategy, content creation, photography, video, reels, copywriting, scheduling and day-to-day management that keeps everything moving.
And because content creation is part of how we work, we’re not sitting around every month asking you to send us something to post.
We come to you. You come to G Studios. We get the camera out. We make the stuff.
Real people. Real businesses. Good stories. And social media that actually has a reason to exist.
-
This is the day-to-day stuff that keeps your social media moving without it becoming another job on your list.
We plan your content, write the copy, schedule your posts and keep an eye on how everything is performing.
But management doesn’t mean putting your socials on autopilot. We’re constantly looking at what people are responding to, what your business has going on and where we can make things better.
The plan can change. Sometimes it should.
-
You can’t manage social media properly without having something good to post.
That’s why content creation is part of every ongoing social media relationship we take on.
Depending on your business, that could mean photography, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, product shoots, staff content, educational pieces or simply documenting the things already happening around your business.
We’ll work out what we need, plan the shoot and create it with you.
No monthly text saying, “Hey, got any photos we can use?”
-
Video is a big part of how people consume social media, but that doesn’t mean every business needs to point at floating text or jump on whatever trend is doing the rounds that week.
We make video that suits your brand.
Sometimes that’s polished campaign content. Sometimes it’s someone talking straight to camera. Sometimes it’s a quick moment we caught while we were there.
The format follows the story, not the other way around.
-
Good photography gives us a solid library of real content to keep coming back to.
People, products, spaces, details, behind the scenes, events and the everyday stuff that makes your business yours.
Having photography handled alongside your social media also means we’re shooting with the bigger picture in mind. We already know where the content is going and what we need it to do, so we can capture accordingly.
-
Not every business needs to sound like a brand.
Sometimes you just need to sound like yourselves.
We write captions and social copy around the tone of your business, rather than dropping your name into the same marketing language everyone else is using.
We’ll find the stories, information and little bits of personality that are actually worth talking about, then put them into words that sound like they came from a human.
-
Before we worry about what’s going up on Wednesday, we look at the bigger picture.
What does your audience care about? What do they need to understand about your business? What makes you different? What questions are they constantly asking? And ultimately, what are we trying to achieve by showing up here?
Those answers give us our content direction.
It means we’re not staring at an empty calendar every month wondering what the hell to post.
-
Social media is meant to be social.
Comments, messages, conversations and the people regularly interacting with your business matter just as much as what goes onto the feed.
Where it makes sense for your business, we help keep an eye on that community and look for opportunities to actually talk to people rather than treating them like numbers on an analytics screen.
-
Yep, we look at the numbers.
But we’re not going to dump a spreadsheet of reach, impressions, watch time, engagement rates and percentages on you and expect you to work out whether any of it is good.
We look at the numbers that actually matter, explain what they’re telling us and use them to make decisions about what we do next.
What worked? What didn’t? What are people responding to? What should we make more of?
That’s the useful bit.
-
A little bit, yeah.
We’ll take a lot off your plate, but the best social media still needs access to the actual business.
We need to know what’s happening. We need your expertise. Occasionally, we’re probably going to stick a camera in front of you.
You don’t need to come up with the ideas, write the captions or work out what to post. That’s our job.
We just need you to let us into your world enough to tell the story properly.
